המשרד הוקם ומנוהל ע”י עו”ד עופר בן-עזרא, בוגר תואר ראשון ותואר שני בפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטת חיפה, בעל ניסיון רב בייצוג חברות הביטוח הגדולות בישראל, במשרד “נתבעים” מהגדולים בחיפה, וניסיון רב שנים בייצוג תובעים ונפגעים בספקטרום תביעות רחב.
עיקר התמחותו של המשרד בדיני נזיקין, תאונות, נזקי גוף, תביעות ביטוח וביטוח לאומי.
